Group Therapy:

Healing happens when Relationships happen

Do you know why I love running groups?

Because while I create and hold the container, the group, together, creates the healing experience.

Groups have long been heralded as a cornerstone of therapeutic change, and for good reason. Things arise here that never arise in individual work, which means you get access to parts of yourself that want to learn and grow with and because of other people.

Other benefits of groups?

  • Powerful supplement to individual therapy work

  • Access to therapeutic work at a lower overall cost

  • Targeted group topics you can explore with others’ going through the same thing

  • Access a deeper understanding of yourself through group feedback

  • Let your patterns show! Attachment patterns show up in real time, giving you greater insight into yourself

All groups include limited spots for access a sliding fee discount. Let me know when you reach out if you’d like to be considered.

Join the Group List

Interested in joining one of my therapy groups?

Here’s how it works:

Use the contact form below to let me know which group you’re interested in. This adds you to the interest list for that group.

  • Scheduling

When a group goes on my calendar, you’ll get a notification from me. You can decide if you want to sign up for that round or wait for another.

  • Limited Spots

Small groups mean access to more depth, so spots are limited. Groups have a max number and will be closed to new participants once full.

PSYCHOEDUCATION GROUP

Intro to Meditation for Trauma Survivors

This group is geared towards folks with trauma histories who want to build new relationships with their bodies. Trauma often leaves us feeling like safety isn’t possible. In this group, we use the principles of mindfulness and meditation to slowly build the skills needed for a meditation practice that doesn’t feel like you were dropped in the deep end of sitting with yourself.

Three weeks, five days per week. Max 12 participants.

Sometimes tele-health, sometimes in-office

Cost: $275

PEER PROCESSING GROUP

Living with CPTSD

A mix of psychoeducation and processing, this group is a space for those living with cPTSD who strongly feel they’re alone in their pain. Here, we learn from each other and support each other in our journeys toward secure attachment. This group facilitation is heavily informed by the Circle of Security and core-sensitivities.

Weekly, on-going. Max 8 participants.

Tele-health

Cost: $100 per month

PEER PROCESSING GROUP

CPTSD and Chronic Illness

Living with C-PTSD dramatically increased the likelihood you’re also living with a chronic illness. This makes unpacking your pain complicated because your PTSD pain and your illness pain are both tied to what it was like for you to receive care (and this probably didn’t go great).

This group is for folks who need a supportive environment to understand this complexity by talking with people living with the same complexity.

Weekly, on-going. Max 8 participants.

Tele-health

Cost: $100 per month

PEER PROCESSING WORKSHOP

Women’s Circle

For women-identifying folks. Get together with other women in a supportive, attuned environment and discover how this helps you get better attuned to yourself. Circles use the principles of authentic relating, Wheel of Consent, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness. You’ll leave feeling grounded in a way that lets you hear what’s happening within.

Quarterly event, typically 3 hours.

Cost: $35

THERAPY GROUP

Writing Through Trauma

Using the power of story to generate deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, this group takes you through a guided curriculum of writing exercises targeting your chosen therapy theme. You and your fellow writers will support each other in your narrative development, expression, and experience of clarity.

8 weeks, once per week. Max 6 participants.

Sometimes tele-health, sometimes in-office

Cost: $595

THERAPY GROUP

Core Wounding 101 and Processing

You’ve probably heard therapists talk about ‘core wounding’. What the heck does that mean? In this group, we explore how relational patterns in our early years creates a few different but predictable patterns of protection and defense. We develop them when we’re small and then, usually unconsciously, repeat as adults.

This group starts with 4 weeks of learning the theory behind the patterns and then transitions to group therapy where you’ll have a chance to process with folks who live with same patterns as you. You’ll learn you’re not alone, that you can understand yourself more deeply, and that ultimately your patterns make sense.

3 months, once per week. Max 16 participants.

Tele-health

Cost: $975

Joining the interest list does not obligate you to participate—it simply lets me know you’re interested and ensures you’ll be the first to hear about scheduling and availability!
