  • Sign Up

    Use the contact form below to let us know which group you’re interested in. This adds you to the interest list for that group.

  • Scheduling

    Once enough participants have joined the interest list, we’ll schedule the group and notify you of the start date.

  • Limited Spots

    For processing groups, spots are limited, and the group will be closed to new participants once it’s full.

Group Therapy FAQs

  • Group therapy involves a small group of people with similar challenges working together under the guidance of a therapist. It provides a supportive environment to share experiences, learn from others, and gain new perspectives.

  • Groups typically consist of 6–10 members and meet weekly. However, group sizes and schedules may vary depending on the focus and structure of the therapy group.

  • Group therapy can address a variety of concerns, including social anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. Some groups may be more general, while others are tailored to specific topics.

  • Sharing is encouraged but never mandatory. Group therapy allows you to participate at your own pace, and you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.
